We have established a number of email lists in order to facilitate communication amongst members of the team. The list below includes the address along with the reason for use

[email protected] – for any elective admission, new chemo start on an inpatient or other inpatient issues for nursing, pharmacy.  (Includes hospitalists, team lead, pharmacy, APN and PCM).

[email protected] – for any admission coming after hours or other on-call issues.  Goes to all heme MDs and on-call MDs (including Orange team), as well as our inter-professional team.

[email protected] – to expedite urgent medical imaging tests (e.g. new leukemia patient who needs baseline investigations before chemo).  Goes to charge technologists for CT, US, nuclear med, angio, etc.  Please indicate patient name/MRN/test required in subject line.
